REIS MAGOS FORT

THE majestic fort is situated on the banks of river Mandovi and is just reachable using the ferry service from Panjim. The road journey is 5 km from Panjim but the ferry makes it a pleasant boat ride in the river Mandovi.
The best view is from the fort where one can get a panaromic view of Panjim and the sea coast. The Miramar beach, situated in Panjm is also visible from across the river. The fort is open to tourist and a  minimum fee charge is taken to maintain the upkeep. The best time to visit the fort is in the evening where one can get to watch sunset with your near and dear ones.
